Col. Korsak Suwanatemi, along with Mr. Anop Boonsawang, a lawyer, traveled to file a complaint with the Medical Council, requesting an investigation into the ethics and performance of duties of four doctors from a military hospital, claiming that they found behavior that was likely to falsify medical records and issue false medical certificates to support a will that benefited a doctor who was a relative of the deceased.
Col. Korsak revealed that in 2019, his 92-year-old grandmother was treated for a stroke at the hospital. During treatment, his grandmother told him that someone had tried to make her do some legal transactions, but she refused. Even though her condition improved later, she was able to talk and sign documents normally, the doctor recorded in the medical record that "the patient cannot write."
